Reforming the higher education systems of Russia and Germany in the context of the Bologna process: challenges and prospects

Abstract

Данное исследование посвящено реформированию систем высшего образования в России и ФРГ в контексте Болонского процесса, целью которого являлось рассмотрение и выявление роли Болонского процесса в трансформации высшего образования в Германии и России. Были рассмотрены предпосылки формирования, основные этапы развития Болонской системы в Европе, проведено сравнение различных подходов к внедрению Болонских принципов на примере Германии и России. Объектом исследования в данной работе выступает процесс имплементации Болонской системы в Германии и в России. Предметом исследования являются основные тенденции реформирования систем образования в контексте Болонского процесса.

Работа состоит из введения, основной части, заключения, списка литературы и источников. Основная часть подразделяется на три главы. Первая глава посвящена предпосылкам, основным этапам развития Болонской системы в европейской системе высшего образования. Во второй главе анализируются имплементация болонских принципов в Германии. Третья глава посвящена основным вопросам развития Болонской системы в России, анализируются проблемы и перспективы внедрения Болонских принципов в реалиях системы российского высшего образования. В заключении подводится итог анализу внедрения Болонский реформ в России и Германии, определены основные достижения, а также проблемы и перспективы, с которыми сталкиваются российская и немецкая системы высшего образования в процессе внедрения Болонских принципов.

This study is devoted to the reformation of higher education systems in Russia and Germany in the context of the Bologna process, the purpose of which was to examine and identify the role of the Bologna process in the transformation of higher education in Germany and Russia. The prerequisites for the formation and the main stages of the development of the Bologna system in Europe were considered, but also a comparison of various approaches to the implementation of the Bologna principles was carried out on the example of Germany and Russia. This research is aimed at the implementation of the Bologna system in Germany and Russia. The subject of the study is the main tendency in the reform of education systems in the context of the Bologna process.

The work consists of an introduction, main part, conclusion, list of references, and sources. The main part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the prerequisites, the main stages of the development of the Bologna system in the European system of higher education. The second chapter analyzes the implementation of Bologna principles in Germany. The third chapter is devoted to the main issues of the development of the Bologna system in Russia and the problems and prospects of the implementation of the Bologna principles in the realities of the Russian higher education system are being analyzed. The conclusion summarizes the analysis of the implementation of the Bologna reforms in Russia and Germany, identifies the main achievements, as well as the problems and perspectives faced by the Russian and German higher education systems in the implementation of the Bologna principles.
