The activities of UNESCO and the government of the People's Republic of China in protecting cultural heritage in the early 21st century

Abstract

Данная выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена вопросу сохранения культурного наследия Китайской Народной Республики на национальном и международном уровнях. Цель настоящего диссертационного исследования заключается в установлении степени взаимовлияния КНР и ЮНЕСКО в их деятельности по охране культурного наследия. В работе изучены международно-правовые основы сохранения всемирного культурного наследия, проиллюстрированы сотрудничества ЮНЕСКО и правительства Китая по сохранению культурного наследия в территории Китая, а также рассмотрены деятельности и проекты правительства КНР по восстановлению и сохранению культурного наследия. В результате исследования был сделан вывод о моделях возможных путей дальнейшего развития в целях повышения эффективности мер, направленных на сохранение культурного наследия КНР.

The research is devoted to the issue of preserving the cultural heritage of the People's Republic of China at the national and international levels. The purpose of the research is to define the degree of interaction between the People’s Republic of China and UNESCO in their activities for the protection of cultural heritage. The research examined the international legal basis for the preservation of world cultural heritage, illustrated the cooperation between UNESCO and the Chinses government to preserve the cultural heritage in China, as well as the state activities of the Chinese government on the restoration and preservation of cultural heritage. As a result of research, a conclusion was drawn on models of possible ways of further development to improve the effectiveness of measures aimed at preserving the cultural heritage of China.
