Social responsibility of the state towards the elderly in Russia and China

Abstract

Аннотация: В выпускной работе исследуются особенности социальной ответственности государства перед пожилыми людьми в России и Китае. Производится анализ понятия социальной ответственности государства и его соотношения с понятием социальной политики государства. Делается вывод о том, что социальная ответственность государства является институциональной реализацией на практике мер социальной политики государства. Дается анализ особенностей социального бытия пожилых людей как социальной группы. Выделяются особенности социальной ответственности государства перед пожилыми людьми в России и Китае. Дается сравнительный анализ этих особенностей в указанных двух странах.

Resume: In the final work, the features of the state's social responsibility towards the elderly in Russia and China are investigated. The analysis of the concept of social responsibility of the state and its correlation with the concept of social policy of the state is carried out. It is concluded that the social responsibility of the state is the institutional implementation in practice of measures of social policy of the state. The analysis of the characteristics of the social life of the elderly as a social group is given. The features of the state's social responsibility towards the elderly in Russia and China are highlighted. A comparative analysis of these features in these two countries is given.
