The role of humanitarian cooperation in contemporary Sino-Indian relations

Abstract

В данной работе рассматривается сфера гуманитарного сотрудничества между Китаем и Индией с момента становления и по настоящее время. Автор ставит целью определить роль этого направления в контексте современных китайско-индийских отношений, уделяя особое внимание его механизмам, формам, проблемам и перспективам как на двусторонней основе, так и на международной. В качестве источников были использованы документы ООН, ЮНЕСКО и БРИКС, а также база документов, регулирующих сферу гуманитарного сотрудничества между Китаем и Индией.

The study is dedicated to the humanitarian cooperation between China and India from the starting point till current situation. Author aims to define the role of this field in modern China-India relations, focusing on its mechanisms, forms, problems, and perspectives at the both bilateral and global level. The study is based on UN, UNESCO, and BRICS materials, and mainly on documents signed between China and India regulating humanitarian cooperation.
