Актуальность данной выпускной квалификационной работы заключается в необходимости создания нового учебного комплекса на базе Академии машиностроения имени Ж.Я. Котина. 2. Цель работы: Проектирование нового комплекса зданий Академии машиностроения имени Ж.Я. Котина на основе требований заказчика. 3. Задачи работы: • изучить и проанализировать объект проектирования, собрать исходные данные об объекте; • проанализировать мировые аналоги и особенности формирования среды научных комплексов образовательных учреждений, а также особенности проектирования образовательных учреждений; • составить выводы на основе полученной информации; • разработать концепцию оформления фасадов нового комплекса зданий Академии машиностроения имени Ж.Я. Котина. • разработать дизайн-концепцию ландшафтного оформления прилегающей территории, отвечающую современным требованиям экологии и максимизировать функциональность; • связать благоустройство территории с дизайном оформления фасадов, как тематически, так и визуально. 4. Краткое описание работы. 4.1. Изученный материал и структура пояснительной записки. В ходе выполнения дипломного проекта, был проведен анализ объекта проектирования и проанализирован мировой опыт формирования учебной среды. Пояснительная записка состоит из введения, где выявлены проблемы, формируются цель и задачи. В первой главе описывается объект проектирования и даётся о нём историческая справка, функциональное зонирование территории, анализ транспортно-пешеходной инфраструктуры, перспективы развития. Во второй главе проводится комплексный анализ мирового опыта проектирования учебных комплексов, современных тенденций организации учебной среды и формирования ландшафта. В третьей главе представлена концепция проекта, архитектурно-художественное решение, объемно-пространственное решение и средства реализации. В приложении указан список использованной литературы и электронных ресурсов, включающий в себя 27 источников. 4.2. Разработанные проектные предложения. На основании предпроектного исследования и изученных аналогов, проектом предусмотрено создание комплекса зданий, состоящего из блоков, соединённых надземными переходами между ними на уровне 3-го этажа. Проектом предлагается создание комплекса зданий, включающего в себя: - учебный блок высотой 9 этажей; - общежитие/гостиница высотой 6 этажей; - спортивный блок высотой 4 этажа; - Подземная парковка; Главной доминантой комплекса является объём учебного блока, от которого вдоль участка располагаются надземные крытые переходы, соединяющие его в один объём со спортивным блоком и общежитием на уровне 3-го этажа. Под надземным переходом между учебным и спортивным блоками находится пожарный проезд/проезд к парковке. Также разработана многоуровневая система эксплуатируемых кровель с амфитеатром, выходящим во внутренний двор, где могут проводиться мероприятия на открытом воздухе. Основной архитектурно-художественной идеей проекта является связь между дизайном фасадов зданий и ландшафтной архитектурой вокруг. В оформлении благоустройства территории предлагается использовать правильные геометрические формы, повторяющие дизайн фасадов. Также проектом предлагается модернизация фасадов существующего здания академии и присоединение его к общему ансамблю. 5. Краткое описание методик, технологий и программного обеспечения, используемого при подготовке к ВДП. Проектная часть работы выполнена в 3D-модели, созданной в «SketchUp 2018» и «Lumion10», схемы сделаны в «Adobe Photoshop 2020», верстка презентационных планшетов и компоновка собрана в «Adobe Illustrator CC 2019», пояснительная записка создана в «Microsoft Word 2016».

Brief description of the work. 4.1. The studied material and the structure of the explanatory note. During the implementation of the diploma project, an analysis of the design object was carried out and the world experience in the formation of the learning environment was analyzed. The explanatory note consists of an introduction, where the problems are identified, the goal and tasks are formed. The first chapter describes the design object and its historical background, functional zoning of the territory, analysis of transport and pedestrian infrastructure, and development prospects. The second chapter provides a comprehensive analysis of the world experience in designing educational complexes, modern trends in the organization of the educational environment and the formation of the landscape. The third chapter presents the concept of the project, the architectural and artistic solution, the three-dimensional solution and the means of implementation. The appendix contains a list of references and electronic resources, including 27 sources. 4.2. Developed project proposals. Based on the pre-project study and the studied analogues, the project provides the creation of a complex of buildings consisting of blocks connected by aboveground passages between them at the level of the 3rd floor. The project proposes the creation of a complex of buildings, including: - 9-story high training block; - hostel / hotel with a height of 6 floors; - sports block with a height of 4 floors; - Underground parking; The main dominant feature of the complex is the volume of the training block, from which there are above-ground covered passageways along the site, connecting it in one volume with the sports block and the hostel on the 3rd floor level. Under the aboveground passageway between the training and sports blocks is a fire passageway/parking passageway. A multi-level system of operational roofs has also been developed with an amphitheater facing the courtyard, where outdoor events can be held. The main architectural and artistic idea of the project is the connection between the design of the facades of buildings and the landscape architecture around them. In the design of the landscaping of the territory, it is proposed to use the correct geometric shapes that repeat the design of the facades. The project also proposes to modernize the facades of the existing building of the Academy and join it to the general ensemble. 5. A brief description of the methods, technologies and software used in preparing for the VDP. The design part of the work was done in a 3D model created in "SketchUp 2018" and the "Lumion10"; The diagrams were made in "Adobe Photoshop 2020"; The layout of the presentation tablets were assembled in "Adobe Illustrator CC 2019"; The explanatory note was created in "Microsoft Word 2016".
