Gender aspects of human rights to reproductive health: a sociological analysis

Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы посвящена социологическому анализу гендерных аспектов репродуктивных прав человека. Объект - репродуктивные права человека. Предмет : гендерные аспекты репродуктивных прав Работа содержит введение, 3 главы, заключение и приложения. Во введении содержатся цель, поставленная перед автором, сформулированы задачи исследования, определена актуальность темы. Первая глава посвящена изучению отечественных и зарубежных источников по тематике работы. Рассматриваются понятия «пол», «гендер» и понятие «репродуктивные права». Вторая глава посвящена роли государства и общества в повышении правовой осведомленности граждан о репродуктивных правах человека. Также освещаются этические и социальные проблемы репродуктивных технологии. Третья глава -практическая, в которой представлена программа исследования и приведен анализ полученных данных. В заключении представлены основные выводы по всей работе. Приложения содержат диаграммы и анкету.

The second chapter is devoted to the role of the state and society in raising the legal awareness of citizens about human reproductive rights. Ethical and social problems of reproductive technologies are also covered. The third chapter is practical, which presents the research program and provides an analysis of the data obtained. In conclusion, the main conclusions of the entire work are presented. The applications contain charts and a form.
