The vegetation of the Mikulino (Eamian) Interglacial in the Upper Volga basin according to the study of the section on the Bolshaya Dubyonka River

Abstract

Работа посвящена изучению отложений из разреза на правом берегу р. Большая Дубёнка, для чего были выполнены следующие анализы: потеря при прокаливании, спорово-пыльцевой и палеокарпологический анализы. Установлен микулинский возраст (климатостратиграфические зоны М1-М7) отложений. Исследования, проведённые с высокой степенью детальности, позволили выявить последовательные этапы смены растительности, появление и выпадение из состава флоры основных лесообразующих пород.

The results of studying the Bolshaya Dubyonka River section are presented in this paper. The loss of ignition, palynological and paleocarpological analyses were performed. It was shown the Mikulino age of analyzed sediments according to the revealed climatostratigraphical zones M1-M7. The investigations were carried out with high resolution and allowed to identify the vegetation phases, appearance and disappearance of the main forest-forming species from the flora.
