The current trends and development prospects for tourism from China to St Peterburg and the Leningrad region

Abstract

В данной работе проводится анализ Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области как туристских дестинаций для китайских туристов. Эти регионы всегда были популярными среди иностранцев, и жители КНР не являются исключением. Поэтому для реализации главной цели работы – разработки проекта тура, сначала был изучен туристский рынок для китайских туристов, а также проведен анализ видов туризма, которые интересуют туристов из КНР во мире. Изучено состояние инфраструктуры, а также нормативно-правовые основы, которые регулируют отношения в сфере, как туризма в целом, так и китайского туризма в России. На основе этих данных были созданы рекомендации, которые могут способствовать развитию и улучшению качества сервиса в Санкт-Петербурге и Ленинградской Области, а также был разработан тур, который включает в себя часть этих рекомендаций.

This paper analyzes St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region as tourist destinations for Chinese tourists. These regions have always been popular among foreigners, and the people of the PRC are no exception. Therefore, in order to implement the main goal of the work, which is the development of a tour project, the tourist market for Chinese tourists was first studied, analysis of the types of tourism that are of interest to tourists and the PRC in the world was carried out. The state of infrastructure, as well as regulatory legal acts that regulate relations in the field of tourism in general, and Chinese tourism in Russia, have been studied. Based on this data, recommendations were created that might help to develop and improve the quality of service in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, and a tour was developed that includes some of these recommendations.
