Development of environmental awareness in Russia: an economic and sociological analysis

Abstract

Экологические проблемы являют- ся особенно актуальными в эпоху глобализации, поскольку они затрагивают абсолютно все сферы жизнедеятельности человека. Пренебрегать катастро- фическим состоянием природы, человек XXI века просто не может себе поз- волить. К сожалению, экологическим проблемам все еще не уделено должно- го внимания на государственном и международном уровне, но необходимо понимать, что начать следует с осознания всей серьезности вопроса каждым человеком в отдельности.

Environmental problems are particularly relevant in the era of globalization, as they affect absolutely all spheres of human life. The man of the XXI century simply cannot afford to neglect the catastrophic state of nature. Unfortunately, environmental problems are still not given due attention at the state and international levels, but it is necessary to understand that it is necessary to start with the awareness of the seriousness of the problem by each person.
