The specifics of geology aspects and ore mineralisation of the Repoyarvi massif (the Murmansk region)

Abstract

В работе впервые дана геолого-петрографическая характеристика, рассмотрены геологическое строение и состав рудной минерализации щелочно-ультраосновного массива Репоярви, расположенного в пределах Кольской щелочной провинции. В процессе работы был проанализирован фактический материал, отобранный лично автором в результате буровых работ в 2020 г., описано геологическое строение участка, выделены типы потенциально рудоносных пород, определен их петрографический состав и рудная минерализация. Установлены закономерности распределения химических элементов в выделенных типах пород. Оценена перспектива открытия месторождения в пределах массива Репоярви. Объем работы: 67 страниц. Работа содержит 37 рисунков, 7 таблиц, список литературы.

In this paper, the geological and petrographic characteristics are given for the first time, the geological structure and composition of the ore mineralization of the alkaline-ultramafic Repoyarvi massif, which is located within the Kola Alkaline Province. In the course of the work, the actual material selected by the author personally as a result of drilling operations in 2020 was analyzed, the geological structure of the area was described, the types of potentially ore-bearing rocks were identified, their petrographic composition and ore mineralization were determined, the regularities of the distribution of chemical elements in the selected types of rocks were established, the prospect of opening a field within the Repoyarvi massif was estimated.
