The role of private military corporations in contemporary regional conflicts

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена исследованию проблемных и открытых вопросов связанных с использованием государствами частных военных компаний. В работе раскрыто текущее положение частных военных компаний, обозначены основные проблемы внедрения в региональные конфликты, а также дана оценка по решению этих проблем в будущем. Работа состоит из введения, трех глав в основной части и заключения, в котором сделаны основные выводы по работе. В работе были использованы статьи и монографии по тематике появления, оценки деятельности и использования частных военных компаний. Большой объем материалов российских авторов в написан про юридически-правовой аспект. Наиболее активно занимаются данным вопросом занимается Волеводз А.Г., Кашников, Б.Н. Вопросы по данной проблематике освещаются на страницах «Военно-исторического журнала», «Международного уголовного права и международной юстиции.

This thesis is devoted to research of the problematic and open issues connected with usage of private military of the companies by the states. In the thesis is opened the current status of private military of the companies, are designated the main problems of implementation in the regional conflicts, and also it is given the assessment according to the solution of these problems in the future. The thesis consists of the introduction, three heads in the main part and the conclusion in which the main implications of the thesis are drawn. In the thesis were used articles and monographs on a scope of appearance, an assessment of activities and use of private military of the companies. A Large volume of materials of the Russian authors in is written about the legal aspect. Most actively are engaged Volevodz A.G., Kashnikov, B. N. Questions on this perspective are taken up on pages of "Military and historical magazine", "The international criminal law and the international justice.
