Choice of transportation model for the development of Syradasai coal deposit

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа написана в формате консультационного проекта для компании AEON на тему «Выбор способа транспортировки угля с Сырадасайского угольного месторождения». Автор: студентка 4го курса бакалаврской программы Института «Высшая Школа Менеджмента» Санкт-Петербургского университета профиля «Логистика» Цветаева Алена Кирилловна. Целью работы было разработать рекомендации по выбору наиболее эффективной морской транспортно-технологической схемы перевозки угля с морского угольного терминала в рамках проекта Сырадасайское угольное месторождение. Для достижения этой цели в работе проанализирован мировой и российский рынки коксующегося угля; разработаны основные технико-эксплуатационные требования к расчетным типам транспортных судов с учетом анализа климатических, гидрометеорологических и ледовых условий в районах осуществления логистических операций; разработаны варианты транспортно-технологических схем и маршрутов плавания расчетных типов судов; дана экономическая оценка использования различных вариантов транспортно-технологических схем перевозок угля и выбран наиболее эффективный вариант. Проведенный анализ показателей экономической эффективности от использования различных сценариев вывоза угля с проектируемого терминала на базе Сырадасайского месторождения показал, что наименьшая себестоимость перевозки 1 т угля приходится при вывозе угля при комбинированной схеме с рейдовой перевалкой в Индиге (сценарий 5) и составляет 35,26 долл./т.

The graduate qualification work was written in the format of a consultation project for the AEON Corporation on the topic “Choice of transportation model for the development of Syradasai coal deposit”. Author: 4th year student of the bachelor's program at the Institute "Graduate School of Management" of St. Petersburg University of the "Logistics" profile Tsvetaeva Alena Kirillovna. The goal of the work was to develop recommendations on choosing the most efficient marine transport and technological scheme for transporting coal from an offshore coal terminal as part of the Syradasai coal deposit project. To achieve this goal, in the paper the global and Russian coking coal markets were analyzed; the main technical and operational requirements for the design types of transport vessels have been developed taking into account the analysis of climatic, hydro-meteorological and ice conditions in the areas of the logistics operations; variants of transport and technological schemes and sailing routes of design types of vessels have been developed; an economic assessment of the use of various scenarios of transport and technological schemes for coal transportation is given and the most effective option is selected. The analysis of economic efficiency indicators from the use of various scenarios of coal export from the designed terminal on the basis of the Syradasai deposit showed that the lowest cost of transporting 1 ton of coal appears when coal is exported using the combined scheme with raid transshipment in Indiga (scenario 5) and amounts to 35.26.USD/t.
