Implementation of sustainability practices in supply chains of large Russian companies as a driver of innovative development

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа написана в формате исследовательского проекта. Объектом исследования выступили крупные российские компании, предметом исследования - их цепи поставок. Работа содержит введение, 3 главы, заключение, список использованной литературы и приложения. Цель выпускной квалификационной работы заключается в разработке рекомендаций по совершенствованию цепей поставок российских компаний на основе анализа взаимосвязей между внедрением принципов устойчивости в цепях поставок и инновационностью компаний. В процессе достижения этой цели были изучены теоретические основы устойчивых цепей поставок и инновационности, а также примеры успешного внедрения практик устойчивости. Далее была разработана эмпирическая модель взаимосвязи между устойчивостью цепей поставок и инновационностью компаний на основе выборки крупных российских компаний. На основе этой модели были выдвинуты и проверены следующие гипотезы: 1. Существует прямая значимая взаимосвязь между степенью внедрения практик устойчивости в цепи поставок компании и ее инновационностью. 2. Существует прямая значимая взаимосвязь между уровнем интеграции в цепи поставок компании и ее инновационностью. 3. Существует прямая значимая взаимосвязь между уровнем коллаборации в цепи поставок компании и ее инновационностью. В третьей главе представлены результаты множественной линейной регрессии и ее трактовка, а также разработаны рекомендации российским компаниям касаемо устойчивости и инновационности. Основные результаты включают в себя доказанное значимое влияние интеграции на устойчивость цепей поставок и на инновационность компаний, доказанное значимое влияние экологической и экономической устойчивости цепей по-ставок на инновационность компаний.

This bachelor thesis is written as a research project. The object of research is large Russian companies, subject of research - its' supply chains. The work contains an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and appendices. The purpose of this thesis is to develop recommendations for improving the supply chains of Russian companies based on an analysis of the interrelations between the degree of implementation of the principles of sustainability in supply chains and the innovativeness of companies. In the process of achieving this goal, the theoretical foundations of sustainable supply chains and innovation, as well as examples of successful implementation of sustainability practices were studied. Then, an empirical model was developed for the relationship between the sustainability of supply chains and the innovativeness of companies based on a sample of large Russian companies. Based on the model, the following hypotheses were put forward and tested: 1. There is a direct significant relationship between the degree of implementation of sustainability practices in the company's supply chain and its innovativeness. 2. There is a direct significant relationship between the level of integration in the supply chain of the company and its innovativeness. 3. There is a direct significant relationship between the level of collaboration in the supply chain of the company and its innovativeness. The third chapter presents the results of multiple linear regression and its interpretation, as well as develops recommendations for Russian companies regarding sustainability and innovation. Key findings include the proven direct significant impact of integration on supply chain sustainability and company’s degree of innovative development, the proven direct significant effect of environmental and economic sustainability of supply chains on company’s innovativeness.
