Abstract

Предмет исследования: совершенствование управления складской деятельностью компании на основании трансформации ее бизнес-процессов Работа содержит введение, 3 главы, заключение и приложения. Во введении содержатся цель работы, поставленная перед автором, сформулированы задачи работы, определена актуальность темы. Первая глава посвящена анализу организационно-плановых условий деятельности компании, выявлению проблемы и направления совершенствования системы управления складской деятельности в компании Х Во второй главе рассмотрены теоретические основы и современные инструменты управления складской деятельностью в компании. В третьей главе представлены практические рекомендации по трансформации бизнес-процессов складской деятельности компании X, проведены экспериментальные расчёты по моделированию процессов управления складской деятельностью в компании. Проведено моделирование основных бизнес-процессов складской деятельности в компании разработаны рекомендации по использованию WMS – системы, выполнено зонирование пространств склада комплектующих и склада готовой продукции, предложено совершенствование техники и технологии складских операций для хранения комплектующих. Также в третьей главе представлена оценка эффективности реализации предложений по трансформации бизнес-процессов складской деятельности компании В заключении представлены основные результаты работы, выделены рекомендации по трансформации складских бизнес-процессов и оценка эффективности их внедрения. Приложения содержат список номенклатурных позиций, которые были проанализированы при выполнении работы
