Abstract

АННОТАЦИЯ К выпускной квалификационной работе по направлению 37.03.02 – Конфликтология «Агрессивность и стратегии поведения в конфликте» Попов Е. А. Данное исследование направлено на анализ роли агрессивности в конфликте, а также на рассмотрение ее проявлений в стратегиях поведения в конфликтном взаимодействии. Актуальность темы исследования определяется тем, что агрессивные формы взаимодействия укоренились в сознании людей и постоянно присутствуют в социуме. Агрессивность, как и стратегии поведения в конфликте широко рассматриваются многими отечественными и зарубежными исследователями. Но эти исследования в основном представляют собой глобальную классификацию и структурирование, а также работу по поиску и разработке методологии в данной области. Данная проблематика недостаточно хорошо разработана в рамках междисциплинарного анализа. Цель данной работы – рассмотреть характер и детерминанты выбора стратегий конфликтного поведения в агрессивной среде. Объект исследования – агрессивное поведение в конфликтных взаимодействиях. Предмет исследования – стратегии поведения в агрессивном конфликте. Исходя из поставленной цели, были выделены следующие задачи: 1. Сопоставить и охарактеризовать основные теоретические подходы к феномену агрессии. 2. Выявить факторы, побуждающие агрессию в семейной, образовательной и трудовой среде. 3. Разобрать особенности биологического подхода к агрессии и агрессивности. 4. Рассмотреть концептуальные основы типов взаимодействия в конфликте. 5. Проанализировать основные стратегии управления агрессивным конфликтом. Решение задач, поставленных в начале исследования, определило структуру работы. Она состоит из введения, двух глав, состоящих из параграфов, заключения и списка используемой литературы. Во введении обоснована актуальность исследовательской проблемы, ее значимость. Первая глава посвящена рассмотрению и сопоставлению основных теоретических подходов к агрессии. Выявлены и проанализированы основные факторы, влияющие на развитие агрессии в семейной, образовательной и трудовой среде. Вторая глава посвящена исследованию концептуальных основ типов взаимодействия в конфликте. Рассмотрены основные стратегии управления агрессивным конфликтом. Основные результаты исследования: Во-первых, каждый из основных научных подходов к феномену агрессии признает, что она (в крайнем и деструктивном проявлении) является негативным явлением. И общим является тот факт, что все подходы, концепции и исследования направлены на преодоление и минимизацию деструктивных проявлений этого феномена. Во-вторых, можно сделать вывод, что зачастую не сам конфликт деструктивно влияет на людей, а определенные формы поведения в нем. Одной из таких форм является агрессивное поведение, порождаемое агрессивностью. В-третьих, помимо многих факторов, влияющих на выбор стратегии в конфликте, существует определенная корреляция между степенью агрессивности конкретного индивида, и стратегией, которую он использует. В-четвертых, в классификации Томаса-Киллмена наиболее конструктивной, кооперативной, активной и эффективной, в смысле определения исхода конфликтной ситуации является стратегия сотрудничества.

This study is aimed at analyzing the role of aggression in conflict as well as its manifestations in strategies of behavior in conflict interaction. The relevance of the research topic is determined by the fact that aggressive forms of interaction have taken root in people's minds and are constantly present in society. Aggressiveness, as well as strategies of behavior in conflict, is widely considered by many domestic and foreign researchers. But these studies are mainly global classification and structuring, as well as work on the search and development of methodology in this area. They are not well developed within the framework of interdisciplinary analysis. The purpose of this work is to consider the nature and determinants of the choice of strategies for conflict behavior in an aggressive environment. The object of research is aggressive behavior in conflict interactions. The subject of the research is strategies of behavior in aggressive conflict. Based on the set goal, the following tasks were singled out: 1. Compare and characterize the main theoretical approaches to the phenomenon of aggression. 2. To identify the factors that encourage aggression in the family, educational and working environment. 3. 3. Discuss the features of the biological approach to aggression and aggressiveness. 4. Examine the conceptual foundations of types of interaction in a conflict. 5. Analyse the main strategies for managing an aggressive conflict. 4. Review the conceptual foundations of types of interaction in a conflict. 5. Solving the tasks set at the beginning of the research has determined the structure of work. It consists of an introduction, two chapters consisting of paragraphs, conclusions, and a list of used literature. In the introduction, the relevance of the research problem and its significance are justified. The first chapter is devoted to consideration and comparison of the main theoretical approaches to aggression. The main factors influencing the development of aggression in the family, educational and working environment are identified and analyzed. The second chapter is devoted to the study of the conceptual foundations of types of interaction in a conflict. The main strategies of managing an aggressive conflict are considered. The main results of the research: First, each of the main scientific approaches to the phenomenon of aggression recognizes that it (in extreme and destructive manifestation) is a negative phenomenon. And it is common that all approaches, concepts and research are aimed at overcoming and minimizing the destructive manifestations of this phenomenon. Secondly, we can conclude that often it is not the conflict itself that has a destructive effect on people, but certain forms of behavior in it. One of such forms is aggressive behaviour generated by aggressiveness. Third, in addition to many factors that influence the choice of strategy in a conflict, there is a certain correlation between the degree of aggressiveness of a particular individual and the strategy he or she uses. Fourthly, in Thomas-Killman's classification, the most constructive, cooperative, active and effective strategy in terms of determining the outcome of a conflict situation is that of cooperation.
