The ecological and geochemical assessment of the environment components of some water bodies in Murmansk

Abstract

Проблема загрязнения водных ресурсов в РФ стоит чрезвычайно остро. Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена эколого-геохимической оценке компонентов природной среды водных объектов г. Мурманска. Объектами исследования были выбраны наиболее значимые и часто эксплуатируемые водные объекты г. Мурманска – это Кольский залив и озера Семеновское, Среднее, Ледовое и Окуневое. Производилась оценка уровня загрязненности донных отложений водных объектов тяжелыми металлами и нефтепродуктами. При исследовании озер также были изучены почвы вокруг водоемов. По результатам исследования дана оценка уровня антропогенной нагрузки на Кольский залив и озера г. Мурманска, а также на водосборные территории изученных озер.

The problem of water pollution in the Russian Federation is extremely acute. The final qualification work is devoted to the ecological and geochemical assessment of the components of the natural environment of water bodies in Murmansk. The most significant and frequently exploited water bodies in Murmansk were selected as the objects of research – the Kola Bay and the lakes Semyonovskoe, Srednoye, Ledovoe and Okunevoye. The level of contamination of bottom sediments of water bodies with heavy metals and petroleum products was assessed. During the study of lakes, the soils around reservoirs were also studied. Based on the results of the study, the level of anthropogenic load on the Kola Bay and the lakes of Murmansk, as well as on the catchment areas of the studied lakes, is estimated.
