The effectiveness of medical examination of workers in hazardous working conditions

Abstract

Охрана здоровья работающего населения является важной задачей здравоохранения. Одним из основных методов сохранения здоровья работающих, является своевременная диагностика и выявления профессиональных заболеваний, в связи с чем проводятся профилактические медосмотры. К сожалению, несмотря на значительный прогресс, методы качественного проведения ПМО остаются малоэффективными. Целью проводимого исследования стал сравнительный анализ эффективности проведения ПМО с применением различных схем у работников с вредными условиями труда. В ходе исследования было исследовано три схемы проведения ПМО: по классической схеме в поликлиническом подразделении, с привлечением цехового врача, и по двухступенчатой схеме. Проведенный анализ позволил определить наиболее эффективный метод профилактики профпатологии у работников с вредными условиями труда.

Preserving the health of the working population is an important task of health care. Early detection of occupational diseases is one the main methods of maintaining the health of workers, therefore preventive medical examinations are carried out. Unfortunately, in spite of significant progress, quality of preventive medical examinations is still ineffective. The purpose of the study was a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the preventive medical examinations using various schemes for workers of harmful occupations. In the study, three schemes of conducting preventive medical care were investigated: according to the classical scheme in the polyclinic department, with the involvement of a workshop doctor, and using a two-step scheme. The most effective method of preventing occupational pathology in workers with harmful working conditions was determined.
