Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа на тему: "Организация первичной медико-санитарной помощи на основе общей врачебной практики" содержит 74 страницы, 11 рисунков, 2 таблицы, 5 приложений и 27 использованных источников литературы. Цель работы: проанализировать проблемы в организации оказания ПМСП в РФ и предложить пути выхода, опираясь на систему общеврачебной практики. Для достижения поставленной цели были использованы различные методы научного исследования, как общенаучные (анализ литературы, в том числе исторической, и нормативно-правовой базы, сравнение разных вариантов организации оказания ПМСП как в РФ, так и за рубежом) так и эмпирические (опрос населения в форме анкетирования). В ходе нашей работы мы выявили причины для перехода от современной участковой территориальной службы к принципам общеврачебной практики, оценили работу структуры ПМСП в других странах и предложили модели их интеграции. Также одной из задач являлось выявление отношения населения и медработников к данной проблеме, видимые ими пути развития, желаемые для них изменения.

The final qualification work on the topic: "Organization of primary health care based on general medical practice" contains 74 pages, 11 figures, 2 tables, 5 appendices and 27 used literature sources. Objective: to analyze the problems in organizing the delivery of primary care in the Russian Federation and suggest possible solutions, based on the system of general medical practice. To achieve this goal, various scientific research methods were used, both general scientific (analysis of the literature, including historical and regulatory frameworks, comparison of different options for organizing primary care in both the Russian Federation and abroad) and empirical (population survey in questionnaire form). In the course of our work, we pointed out the reasons for the transition from a modern local territorial service to the principles of general medical practice, evaluated the work of the PHC structure in other countries, and proposed models for their integration. Also, one of the tasks was to study the attitude of the population and health workers to this problem, the paths of development that they saw, the changes that they wanted.
