Insolvency (bankruptcy) of credit organizations: specifics and prerequisites

Abstract

Предметом настоящего исследования являются концептуальные особенности правового статуса кредитных организаций выступающих в отношениях банкротства. В работе дается оценка эффективности использования мер, направленных на предупреждение банкротства кредитных организаций (В том числе с участием субъектов банковского надзора). Целью настоящего исследования является анализ особенностей несостоятельности (банкротства) кредитных организаций их особого правового статуса, а равно особенностей практического применения специального законодательного регулирования.

The subject of this study are the conceptual features of the legal status of credit institutions acting in bankruptcy relations. The paper assesses the effectiveness of the use of measures aimed at preventing the bankruptcy of credit institutions (including with the participation of subjects of banking supervision). The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of insolvency (bankruptcy) of credit institutions of their special legal status, as well as the features of the practical application of special legislative regulation.
