Актуальность данной работы заключается в изучении экологического планирования как отдельного сегмента градостроительной законодательной базы. Объект исследования – города Арктики. Предмет исследования – подходы экологического планирования. Цель работы - анализ подходов экологического планирования и его предпосылок в крупных инфраструктурных проектах городов Арктики. Исследование проводилось аналитическим методом. По результатам исследования выявлены особенности и тенденции применения подходов экологического планирования в различных видах городов Арктики. Определена роль экологического планирования в крупных инфраструктурных проектах арктических городов Российской Федерации. Определены возможности для дальнейшего развития подходов экологического планирования для городов Арктики.

The object of the study is the cities of the Arctic. The subject of the study is environmental planning approaches. The purpose of the work is to analyze approaches to environmental planning and its prerequisites in large infrastructure projects of Arctic cities. The research was conducted by analytical method. According to the results of the study, the peculiarities and tendencies of application of environmental planning approaches in different types of cities in the Arctic were revealed. The role of environmental planning in large infrastructure projects of Arctic cities of the Russian Federation was determined. Possibilities for further development of ecological planning approaches for Arctic cities are determined.
