Abstract

В дипломной работе описан процесс разработки внешних обработок для улучшения качественного изменения работы пользователей системы «1С:Предприятие – Альфа-Авто: Автосалон + Автосервис + Автозапчасти Проф». 1 глава состоит из аналитической части задачи. Рассмотрены общая характеристика предприятия, актуальность поставленной задачи и средства разработки. Во 2 главе рассказано о реализация задачи. Глава состоит из процесса создания трех внешних обработок и описания их работы. Последний параграф главы посвящен разработке правил обмена для обмена данными между двумя конфигурациями «1С:Предприятие – Альфа-Авто: Автосалон + Автосервис + Автозапчасти Проф» и «1С:Бухгалтерия Предприятия». В третьей главе проводится сравнительный анализ времени работы разработанного решения с типовым. Целью дипломной работы является упрощение ведения оперативного и бухгалтерского учета предприятия при помощи создания новых решений. Разработки внедрены в ООО «Инком-Урал». Кроме того, они могут функционировать на любом предприятии, использующем в своей работе конфигурацию «1С:Предприятие – Альфа-Авто: Автосалон + Автосервис + Автозапчасти Проф».

In the thesis work describes the process of developing external processing to improve the qualitative changes in the work of users of the system «1C:Enterprise - Alpha-Auto: Car Dealer + Car Service + Auto Parts Prof». Chapter 1 consists of the analytical part of the problem. We consider the general characteristics of the enterprise, the relevance of the task and development tools. Chapter 2 describes the implementation of the task. The chapter consists of the process of creating three external treatments and describing their work. The last paragraph of the chapter is devoted to the development of exchange rules for the exchange of data between the two configurations «1C:Enterprise - Alpha-Auto: Car dealership + Car service + Auto Parts Prof» and «1C:Enterprise Accounting». The third chapter is a comparative analysis of time. The aim of the thesis is to simplify the maintenance of operational and accounting of the enterprise by creating new solutions. The developments are implemented in Inkom-Ural LLC. In addition, they can function in any enterprise using the «1C: Enterprise - Alpha-Auto: Car Dealer + Car Service + Auto Parts Prof».
