International regulation of cryptocurrency and regulation of cryptocurrency in the Russian Federation

Abstract

В научно-исследовательской работе проведен анализ законодательства и официальных документов, позиций органов иностранных государств для выявления основных тенденций развития правового регулирования криптовалюты в мире. С этой целью исследована история развития отношения государства к объекту Исследования, проведен юридический анализ, проведено сравнение различных способов регулирования. По результатам исследования предложен подход, применимый в Российской Федерации при регулировании криптовалюты и цифровой отрасли в целом.

In the Research, an analysis of legislation and official documents and the positions of foreign state bodies was conducted to identify the main trends in the development of legal regulation of cryptocurrency in the world. For this purpose, the history of the development of the attitude of the state to the object of research has been investigated, legal analysis has been carried out, and various methods of regulation have been compared. According to the results of the Research, an approach has been proposed that is applicable in the Russian Federation in regulating cryptocurrency and the digital industry as a whole.
