The development of the internet resource "Arctic aquatic ecosystem adaptation to climate change and anthropogenic impact"

Abstract

В ходе комплексных исследований водных экосистем арктического региона был накоплен значительный объем материалов в различных областях знаний. Для разностороннего изучения этой территории необходим постоянный мониторинг и геоинформационное сопровождение. Помимо разработки и обновления баз данных и карт, можно создать геоинформационные ресурсы. Это веб-сервисы, обеспечивающие доступ к пространственным данным, их обработку, анализ, поиск и визуализацию. В данной работе рассматривается опыт создания интернет-ресурса для геоинформационного сопровождения и координации арктических научных исследований в различных областях. Работа ведется в рамках российского проекта РФФИ Арктика «Адаптация арктических лимносистем к быстрому изменению климата». На разработанном Интернет-ресурсе размещаются общие характеристики направлений исследований, тематические карты, база данных полевых наблюдений и т.д. Эта информация может быть полезна для всех исследователей, в сферу интересов которых входит изучение экологии прибрежного арктического региона.

During the course of comprehensive studies of the aquatic ecosystems of the Arctic region, a significant amount of material has been accumulated in various fields of knowledge. For a comprehensive study of this area, constant monitoring and geo-information support is necessary. In addition to developing and updating databases and maps, you can create geo-information resources. These are web services that provide access to spatial data, their processing, analysis, search and visualization. This paper discusses the experience of creating an Internet resource for geo-information support and coordination of Arctic scientific research in various fields. The work is carried out within the framework of the Russian project of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research “Arctic adaptation of the Arctic limnnosystems to rapid climate change”. The developed Internet resource contains general characteristics of research areas, thematic maps, a database of field observations, etc. This information may be useful for all researchers whose interests include studying the ecology of the coastal Arctic region.
