Comparative study of investment potential of administrative districts in the Leningrad region

Abstract

В данной выпускной квалификационной работе проведен сравнительный анализ инвестиционной привлекательности районов Ленинградской области. В ней раскрываются и систематизируются факторы, влияющие на инвестиционную привлекательность, проанализированы основные подходы и методики оценки инвестиционной привлекательности, предложена авторская методика оценки инвестиционной привлекательности муниципальных районов, проанализирована общая социально-экономическая ситуацию в регионе. С помощью авторской методики проведена оценка и анализ инвестиционной привлекательности муниципальных районов Ленинградской области, на основе оценки производится типология районов по уровню инвестиционной привлекательности. На основе сложившейся социально-экономической обстановки, а также инвестиционной активности предприятий представлен прогноз изменения уровня инвестиционной привлекательности районов Ленинградской области в среднесрочной перспективе.

In this final qualifying work, a comparative analysis of the investment attractiveness of the districts of the Leningrad Region was carried out. It reveals and systematizes the factors affecting investment attractiveness, analyzes the main approaches and methods for assessing investment attractiveness, suggests the author’s methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of municipal districts, and analyzes the general socio-economic situation in the region. With the help of the author's methodology, an assessment and analysis of the investment attractiveness of municipal districts of the Leningrad Region were carried out, based on the assessment, a typology of districts was made according to the level of investment attractiveness. Based on the current socio-economic situation, as well as the investment activity of enterprises, a forecast of changes in the level of investment attractiveness of the districts of the Leningrad Region is presented in the medium term.
