Features of oral mucosa lesions in patients co-infected with syphilis and HIV

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена изучению особенностей проявления сифилиса на СОПР при ВИЧ-инфекции и без ВИЧ-инфекции. В ней рассмотрены особенности проявлений сифилиса на СОПР при ВИЧ-инфекциии, без ВИЧ-инфекции, а также сформулированы особенности течения сифилиса на СОПР в сочетании с комплексными проявлениями сифилиса разных форм. Исследование включало данные медицинских карт больных, на основе которых были выделены группы больных по признаку наличия определенной формы сифилиса и наличия либо отсутствия ВИЧ-инфекции. Даны практические рекомендации для врачей-стоматологов, разработана брошюра.

This work is devoted to the study of the features of the manifestation of syphilis in the oral mucosa with HIV infection and without HIV infection. It describes the features of the manifestations of syphilis in the oral mucosa in HIV infection and HIV-free, and formulated the peculiarities of the course of syphilis in the oral mucous membrane in combination with the complex manifestations of syphilis in different shapes. The study included data from medical records of patients, on the basis of which groups of patients were identified on the basis of the presence of a certain form of syphilis and the presence or absence of HIV infection. Practical recommendations for dentists are given, the brochure is developed.
