Information factors in the development of conflictogenic ethnic stereotypes in Russia and the post-Soviet space

Abstract

Представленная выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена формированию конфликтогенных этнических стереотипов в современном обществе посредством информационных социальных коммуникаций. Изначально предназначенные для информирования общественности о ключевых событиях в стране и за рубежом, СМИ превратились в средство подсознательного воздействия на аудиторию с целью формирования определенного и устойчивого отношения к событиям и процессам в жизни общества. В диссертации уделено внимание научно-прикладным аспектам изучения проблемы освещения этнических аспектов в СМИ.

The article is devoted to the formation of conflict-related ethnic stereotypes through the informational social communications in modern society. Originally intended to inform the public about key events in the country and abroad, the media turned into means of subconscious impact on the audience with the aim of forming a certain and sustained attitude to events and processes in public life. The magister work focuses on the scientific and applied aspects of studying the problem of coverage of ethnic aspects in the media.
