The main directions of development of monocities of various types in Chelyabinsk region

Abstract

В работе рассмотрены основные подходы к определению понятия «моногород» и к решению проблем моногородов, определён перечень исследуемых моногородов Челябинской области. Далее были определены основные направления пространственного развития и проведена оценка потенциала моногородов. В итоге разработана типология моногородов по направлениям решения стратегических задач развития территории области и сделаны рекомендации по основным мероприятиям преобразования моногородов различного типа.

The paper examines the main approaches to the definition of the concept of "monotowns" and the solution of problems of single-industry towns, the list of mono-cities in the Chelyabinsk region is determined. Further, the main directions of spatial development were determined and the potential of single-industry towns was assessed. As a result, a typology of single-industry towns was developed in the areas of solving strategic tasks for the development of the territory of the region and recommendations were made on the main measures for the conversion of single-industry towns of various types.
