Предмет исследования: связь фантастического элемента и художественного приема побега от реальности в произведениях современного израильского писателя Э. Керета. Цель работы - рассмотрение и изучение связи между фантастическим элементом и побегом от реальности на примере выбранных рассказов Э. Керета. Во введении формулируется цель работы и ее задачи, объясняется ее актуальность, а также предлагается список произведений, на которых будет основан анализ. В первой главе приведены и рассмотрены основные определения понятия "фантастика". Во второй главе рассматривается понятие побега от реальности. Третья глава посвящена характеристике творчества Э. Керета в контексте современной израильской литературы на языке иврит, а также в контексте постмодернизма. В этой же главе предлагается классификация типов побега от реальности в произведениях Э. Керета в зависимости от фантастического элемента. В четвертой главе представлен анализ выбранных рассказов и выявление характерных особенностей побега от реальности в творчестве Э. Керета. В заключении приводятся выводы, сделанные по окончании работы. В приложении представлены выполненные автором работы переводы некоторых рассказов, на основе которых проводилось исследование.

The subject of the study is the connection between fantastic element and the artistic method of the escape from the reality in the modern Israeli writer's, Etgar Keret, works. The goal of the work is to examine and to study the connection between the fantastic element and the escape from the reality in E. Keret's selected stories. The introduction formulates the goal of the work and its objectives, explains its currency and also offers a list of works which the analysis will be based on. In the first chapter, the main definitions of the concept of "fantasy" are given and examined. The second chapter deals with the concept of escape from the reality (disappearance) and its types. The third chapter is devoted to the description of E. Keret's works in the context of modern Israeli fiction written in Hebrew and also in the context of postmodernism. In the same chapter, a classification of types for the escape from the reality in the works of E. Keret is proposed according to the fantastic element. The fourth chapter presents the analysis of the selected stories and identifies the characteristic features of the escape from the reality in E. Keret's works. In conclusion, conclusions are drawn. The appendix presents the translations of some stories which were used for the analysis. The translations are made by the author of this work.
