The interaction between the European Court of Human Rights and the Russian Federation

Abstract

В выпускной квалификационной работе анализируется взаимодействие Европейского Суда по правам человека и Российской Федерации. В ходе исследования определяются формы и характер взаимодействия ЕСПЧ и Российской Федерации. В первой главе рассматриваются структура Суда и его положение в системе международных институтов. Также изучается воздействие постановлений ЕСПЧ на право государств-членов Совета Европы. Во второй главе анализируются причины и последствия вступления России в Совет Европы, динамика обращений граждан в Европейский Суд по правам человека, а также перспективы и направления сотрудничества между Россией и Европейским Судом по правам человека.

The final qualifying paper analyzes the interaction of the European Court of Human Rights and the Russian Federation. In the course of research, the forms and nature of interaction ECHR and the Russian Federation is being studied. The first chapter considers the structure of ECHR and his position in the system of international institutions. Also the influence on the law of members states of the Council of Europe. In the second chapter, attention is paid to the reasons and consequences of joining the Council of Europe, to the dynamics of appeals to the European Court of Human Rights, and also to the perspectives and directions of cooperation between Russia and European Court of Human Rights.
