Information support for personnel management in an organisation

Abstract

Со становлением информационного общества все сферы деятельности, в том числе, сфера управления персоналом нуждаются в автоматизации. В связи с этим, представляется актуальным проанализировать характер и особенности информационной деятельности управления персоналом, выявить основные проблемы и перспективы развития информационно-документального и информационно-технологического обеспечения предприятия. Рассмотреть существующие программные продукты и оценить их эффективность. Целью моей выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ существующего информационного обеспечения отдела управления персонала и оценка его эффективности.Объектом исследования является отдел управления персонала организации. Предмет исследования информационное обеспечение управления персоналом в организациях.

With the formation of the information society, all spheres of activity, including the sphere of personnel management, need automation. In this regard, it seems relevant to analyze the nature and characteristics of information management personnel, identify the main problems and prospects for the development of information and documentary and information technology support of the enterprise. Review existing software products and evaluate their effectiveness. The purpose of my final qualifying work is to analyze the existing information support of the personnel management department and evaluate its effectiveness. The subject of the study is the personnel management department of the organization. The subject of the research is information support for personnel management in organizations.
