Possibilities for labor resources adaptation in the context of global economic transformations

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена изучению тенденций в изменениях современного общества, характеризующимся как происходящий процесс глобализации, становления информационного общества и переход к постиндустриальной стадии развития. Также в работе представлен анализ новых способов поведения индивидов на рынке труда и адаптации способов организации трудовой деятельности в соотствествии с новыми вызовами экономики. В качестве основного объекта исследования взята сфера информационных технологий (IT сфера), как основной источник текущих изменений. Данная тема представляется актуальной ввиду возрастающего интереса исследователей к роли информационных технологий в современном обществе, а также не изученности новых способов ведения бизнеса и организации трудового процесса, применяемых в сфере информационных технологий. Теоритическая база данной работы содержит в себе концепции глобализации Э.Гидденса, Дж. Урри, А. Аппадураи, М.П. Дёмина, А.В. Петрова, концепции информационного общества Э. Тоффлера, М. Кастельса, Ё. Масуды, концепции нового типа занятости Д. Пинка, Г. Стэндинга. Эмпирическая часть работы представляет собой качественное исследование с применением методов глубинного полуструктурированного интервью, а также контент-анализа электронных ресурсов. Результаты исследования позволили сделать заключение о преувеличении роли IT сферы и информационных технологий в происходящих изменениях, а также частичную неэффективность способов ведения бизнеса, изобретенных в IT сфере.

This work is devoted to the study of trends in the changes of modern society, characterized as the ongoing process of globalization, the formation of the information society and the transition to the post-industrial stage of development. In addition, the paper presents an analysis of new ways of behavior of individuals in the labor market and adaptation of ways of organizing labor activity in accordance with new challenges of the economy. The main subject of research is the sphere of information technologies (IT sphere), as the main source of current changes. This topic is relevant because of the growing interest of researchers in the role of information technology in modern society, as well as the lack of knowledge of new ways of doing business and organizing the labor process applied in the field of information technology. The theoretical basis of this work contains the concepts of globalization of E. Giddens, J. Urry, A. Appadurai, M.P. Demin, A.V. Petrov, the concept of the information society of E. Toffler, M. Castells, J. Masuda, the concept of a new type of employment by D. Pink, G. Standing. The empirical part of the work is a qualitative study using methods of deep semistructured interview, as well as content analysis of electronic resources. The results of the research made it possible to draw a conclusion about the exaggeration of the role of the IT sphere and information technologies in the ongoing changes, as well as the partial ineffectiveness of the methods of doing business invented in the IT sphere.
