Game-theory cooperative models in the analysis of world power centers pollitical and economic interaction

Abstract

Современная политическая обстановка и усиливающаяся напряженность между странами порождает проблемы взаимодействия государств друг с другом. В данной связи встает вопрос о рациональном взаимодействии стран, а также создании союзов, разрушающих однополярную систему устройства мира во главе с США. Основной целью представленной работы было выявление наиболее перспективных союзов, образованию которых ничто не препятствует. В соответствии с данной целью были поставлены следующие задачи: 1. Выявление политических взаимодействий между странами. Экономико-политическая оценка мирового сообщества. 2. Создание характеристической функции игры современных центров силы: США, Европейского союза, Китая и России. 3. Рассмотрение на основе теоретико-игрового анализа возможностей взаимодействия стран друг с другом и влияния этих взаимодействий на решения, принимаемые остальным миром. 4. Оценка будущей возможной модели развития событий на политической арене. Таким образом, выполнив эти задачи, был математически доказан тезис о смене режима мироустройства от однополярности мира с более чем 50-летним лидерством США к многополярному мироустройству, где очевидным лидером может стать, например, Китай. А также были рассмотрены ситуации взаимодействия 4-х основных центров силы друг с другом, получены соответствующие выводы и выигрыши от данного взаимодействия, где было детально показано, что США, сильные с точки зрения военной мощи, совершенно беспомощны с точки зрения экономики, целиком завися от союзников, таких, например, как страны Европейского союза, которым было бы выгоднее объединится с Россией для избавления от власти США.

The current political situation and the growing tensions between countries give rise to problems of interaction between states. In this connection, the question arises of the rational interaction of countries, as well as the creation of alliances that destroy the unipolar system of world devices led by the United States. The main goal of the presented work was to identify the most promising unions, the formation of which nothing prevents. In accordance with this goal, the following tasks were set: 1. Identification of political interactions between countries. Economic and political assessment of the world community. 2. Creation of the characteristic function of the game of modern centers of power: the United States, the European Union, China and Russia. 3. Consider, on the basis of the game-theoretic analysis, the possibilities of interaction between countries with each other and the impact of these interactions on decisions taken by the rest of the world. 4. Evaluation of the future possible model of developments in the political arena. Thus, having fulfilled these tasks, the thesis about changing the world order regime from the unipolarity of the world with more than 50 years of USA leadership to a multipolar world order was proved mathematically, where China, for example, can become an obvious leader. Also, the situations of interaction of the four main centers of power with each other were examined, the corresponding conclusions and gains from this interaction were obtained, where it was shown in detail that the USA, strong from the point of view of military power, is completely helpless from the point of view of the economy, wholly dependent on allies, such as, for example, the countries of the European Union, which would be more advantageous to unite with Russia to get rid of US power.
