Features of foreign companies'entry to the market of transport and logistics services in Russia

Abstract

Актуальность данной работы заключается в том, что на данный момент происходит активный процесс глобализации мировой экономики. Россия находится в системе открытых торговых отношений со множеством стран при этом прослеживается положительная тенденция в росте товарооборота между Россией и другими странами. Спрос на транспортно - логистические услуги увеличивается, что способствует привлечению зарубежных компаний российский рынок. Объектом данной работы являются российский рынок транспортно-логистических услуг, предметом работы – деятельность иностранных компаний на рынке логистических услуг. Цель данной работы – определить особенности работы иностранной компании на российском рынке транспортно-логистических услуг. По результатам исследования были определены стратегии выхода зарубежных компаний на внешние рынки, был исследован и проведен анализ российского рынка транспортно-логистических услуг и в частности рынок контейнерных перевозок. Были определены особенности работы иностранных компаний. Для более глубокого анализа были исследованы особенности работы на российском рынке компании Maersk. Полученные результаты позволят определить состояние российского и рынка транспортно-логитсических услуг помочь определить стратегию выхода на российский рынок.

The relevance of this work lies in the fact that at the moment there is an active process of globalization of the world economy. Russia is in the system of open trade relations with many countries, and there is a positive trend in the growth of trade between Russia and other countries. The demand for transport and logistics services is increasing, which helps to attract foreign companies to the Russian market. The object of this work is the Russian market of transport and logistics services, the subject of work - the activities of foreign companies in the market of logistics services. The purpose of this work is to determine the features of the foreign company in the Russian market of transport and logistics services. According to the results of the study, the strategies of foreign companies entering foreign markets were defined, the analysis of the Russian market of transport and logistics services and, in particular, the market of container transportation was investigated and carried out. Peculiarities of work of foreign companies were determined. For a more in-depth analysis, the features of Maersk's work on the Russian market were investigated. The obtained results will help to determine the state of the Russian market of transport and logistics services and help to determine the strategy of entering the Russian market.
