The use of teleroentgenography in the lateral projection when planning orthopedic treatment

Abstract

На сегодняшний день количество пациентов с частичной потерей зубов стремится к 70% от общего числа населения, а показатель полной потери зубов у пациентов старше 44 лет достигает 46%, и с каждым годом эти цифры растут. С течением времени нуждаемость в ортопедическом лечении только возрастает. Использование телерентгенографии ,как дополнительного метода диагностики в ортропедической стоматологии, позволяет добиться максимальной точности при определении многих клинически значимых параметров, что, в свою очередь, приводит к улучшению качества протезирования.

To date, the number of patients with partial loss of teeth tends to 70% of the total population, and the total loss of teeth in patients older than 44 years is 46%, and with each year these figures are growing. Over time, the need for orthopedic treatment only increases. The use of telerenography as an additional diagnostic method in orthopedic dentistry makes it possible to achieve maximum accuracy in determining many clinically relevant parameters, which in turn leads to an improvement in the quality of the prosthesis.
