Problems of legal regulation of technological accession to electrical networks

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена анализу договора технологического присоединения к электрическим сетям. В работе исследованы наиболее актуальные проблемы, возникающие при заключении договора, его исполнении и расторжении. Проанализирована доктрина и правоприменительная практика с целью выявления места исследуемого договора в системе гражданско-правовых договоров. Также исследован вопрос одностороннего отказа от договора технологического присоединения и рассмотрены механизмы ответственности сторон с учетом судебной и правоприменительной практики.

The final qualifying work is devoted to the analysis of the contract of technological connection to electric grids. In the work the most actual problems arising at the conclusion of the contract, its execution and dissolution are investigated. The doctrine and law-enforcement practice is analyzed with the purpose of revealing the place of the studied contract in the system of civil law contracts. The issue of unilateral refusal of the technological connection agreement was also investigated and the mechanisms of responsibility of the parties were considered taking into account judicial and law enforcement practices.
