Shadow economic entrepreneurship in Russia and China: reasons for emergence and methods of counteraction

Abstract

В качестве неотъемлеого элемента в экономике, теневое предпринимательство привлекает внимание ученых. Как мы знаем, оно приносит больше вреда, чем выгоды обществу. В данной диссертации автор первым провел сравнительный анализ по теневому предпринимательству в экономике РФ и КНР. Цель исследования состоит в том, чтобы обобщить тенденции изменения характера теневого предпринимательства России и Китая в условиях глобализации, проанализировать и сравнить формы и методы противодействия теневому предпринимательству двух стран, и дать рекомендации по их совершентсвованию. После сравнения автор предложил создать треугольный комплексный подход по поводу развития методов государственного регулирования теневых отношений в Китае и России, с использованием положительного накопленного опыта каждой из стран.

As an essential part of the economy, shadow economic activities attract the attention of many scientists. As we all know, shadow economy does more harm than good to society. In this dissertation, the author as the first one to conduct comparative analysis of shadow economic activities in the Russian Federation and China. The aim of the research is to summarize the trends of shadow business in Russia and China under the conditions of globalization, to analyze and compare the forms and methods of counteracting the shadow business in two countries, and to make recommendations on how to accomplish them. After the comparison, the author proposed to create a triangular complex approach to develop the methods of state regulation about shadow relations in China and Russia, using the positive accumulated experience of each country.
