Transformation of the principles of territorial and personal application of law within the context of the information and telecommunication technologies development

Abstract

Целью работы является рассмотрение классических принципов действия закона в пространстве и по кругу лиц, их изменение в контексте развития информационно-телекоммуникационных технологий. В результате исследования автор приходит к выводу о необходимости пересмотра классической концепции действия закона в пространстве и по кругу лиц в связи с появлением отношений в сети Интернет,которые представляют собой новый объект правового регулирования.

Purpose of research is consideration of the classical principles of territorial and personal application of law and their transformation within the context of the information and telecommunication technologies development. According to the results of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that the classical concept of the territorial and personal application of law needs to be revised due to the arising of Internet relations, which are considered as a new object of the legal regulation.
