Technological Component of Conflict Settlement in the Sphere of Social and Labor Relations

Abstract

В диссертационном исследовании автором были проанализированы технологии урегулирования социально-трудовых конфликтов. Сформированы подходы в решении конфликтов в организации. В работе были рассмотрены альтернативные технологии решения социальных конфликтов. Рассматриваются технологии обучения и развития конфликтологической компетентности руководителей организации. Сформулированы основные направления профилактики трудовых конфликтов посредством технологий. На основании теоретических положений, об использовании наиболее эффективных технологий при решении трудовых конфликтов автором приведены примеры различных учебных заданий и исследований по заявленной теме.

In the dissertation research, the author analyzed technologies of resolving of social and labor conflicts. Approaches were formed to resolve conflicts in an organization. In research alternative technologies of resolving of social conflicts were considered. Technologies of training and development of conflictological competence of leaders of the organization are considered. Basical directions of prevention of labor conflicts through technologies are formulated. Author uses theoretical provisions of the use of the most effective technologies in solving labor conflicts to give examples of various study assignments and studies on the stated topic.
