Prohibitions and restrictions on international trade

Abstract

Исследование посвящено анализу правовых норм, регулирующих введение запретов и ограничений в торговле товарами и услугами в качестве исключения по неэкономическим причинам на международном и наднациональном уровне. На основании доктрины, исследований международных организаций и практики разрешения споров в ВТО сделан вывод о природе запретов и ограничений в международной торговле и их значении для функционирования ЕАЭС в контексте политических и экономических целей государств.

The research examines the legal provisions regulating the introduction of prohibitions and restrictions on trade in goods and services as an exception for non-economic reasons in international and supranational law. On the basis of the analysis of the doctrine, studies of international organizations and the practice of dispute settlement in the WTO, the Author draws a conclusion about the concept of prohibitions and restrictions in international trade and their significance for the functioning of the EAEU in the context of the political and economic goals of states.
