Generation of checking actions sequence for digital radio electronic devices as a part of test programs development

Abstract

Ввиду многообразия и всевозрастающей сложности современных электронных устройств, автоматизация процессов контроля и диагностики является актуальной задачей на сегодняшний день. В работе описаны этапы процесса разработки тест-программы в контексте методики функционального тестирования. Предложенный алгоритм автоматизации составления последовательности входных воздействий реализован в программе, также предоставляющей информацию для локализации дефектных компонентов объекта контроля. Приведены результаты моделирования полученной последовательности для поведенческой модели цифрового устройства.

In view of the variety and increasing complexity of modern electronic devices, automation of control and diagnostic processes is an urgent task for today. The paper describes the stages of the development of test program in the context of functional testing methodology. The proposed algorithm for automating the generation of a sequence of input effects is implemented in the program, which also provides information for localization of defective components of the monitoring object. The results of modeling the obtained sequence for the behavioral model of a digital device are presented.
