Approximation of the optimal schedule of average income tax rates

Abstract

В данной работе решена задача аппроксимации оптимальной шкалы средних ставок в равномерной метрике. Проведен анализ нелинейных ограничений. Доказана теорема существования решения задачи. Доказаны вспомогательные леммы, существенно упрощающие решение исходной задачи. Найдено аналитическое решение задачи с ограничениями. Разработан алгоритм решения безусловной задачи аппроксимации. Приведены примеры реализации алгоритмов.

In this paper, the problem of approximation of the optimal schedule of average rates in a uniform metric is solved. The analysis of nonlinear constraints is carried out. The existence theorem of the problem solution is proved. Auxiliary lemmas that significantly simplify the solution of the original problem are proved. An analytical solution to the problem with constraints is found. An algorithm for solving the unconditional approximation problem is developed. Examples of algorithms implementation are given.
