A comparative analysis of programmes for the development of ecotourism in the EU and Russia

Abstract

На данный момент экологический туризм является одной из лидирующих отраслей мировой туристической индустрии в связи с этим целью данной работы является выявить эффективность программ экотуризма, которые реализуют на своей территории Евросоюз и Российская Федерация. Экотуризм в своём потенциале способен не только служить защитой окружающей среде, но и приносить не малый доход тому кто его грамотно использует. Россия имея огромный потенциал в этой сфере в силу ряда причин не может реализовать данный потенциал, не смотря на желание граждан пользоваться данным видом туризма о чём свидетельствует год от года увеличивающиеся посещения национальных парков и заповедников. В качестве ориентира наше правительство выбрало страны Запада о чём свидетельствует перенятая у них кластерная система в сфере туризма. Евросоюз проводя грамотную политику в сфере экотуризма тем не менее не способен поднять до требуемых стандартов страны Восточной Европы, которые имея огромные по сравнению с западноевропейскими странами природные богатства не способны их реализовать в должной мере.

At the moment ecological tourism is one of the leading sector of the world tourism industrian in connection with the goal of this work is to identify the effectiveness of ecotourism programs that are implemented on its territory by the European Union and the Russian Federation. Ecotourism, in its potential? is able not only to protect the environment? but also to bring a small income to those who use it wisely. Russian having great potentia in this area for a number of reasons can not realize this potential? despite the cite=izens' desire to use this type of tourism? as evidenced by increasing visits to national parks and reservves every year. As a guide? our goverment has chosen the countries of the West as evidennced by the cluster adopted by them in the sphere of tourism. The European Union, pursuing a sound policy in the field of ecotourism. nevertheeless is not able to raise the required standards of the countries of Eastern Europe, which, having huge in comparasion with the West European countries, natural resources are not able to realize them in due measure.
