External political aspects of the fight of the Russian Federation with islamist extremism and international terrorism in the North Caucasus

В данной работе рассматривается проблема антитеррористической борьбы Российской Федерации на международной арене, в частности то, какие внешнеполитические факторы влияют на проведение этой борьбы и каким образом борьба с терроризмом вне страны проецируется на борьбу РФ с терроризмом на Северном Кавказе. В ходе работы выполняется ряд задач: анализируется сущность исламистской идеологии, эволюция международного терроризма и исламистского экстремизма, выделяются основные аспекты международного сотрудничества в области борьбы с терроризмом, изучаются внутренние предпосылки эволюции терроризма в Российской Федерации, анализируется степень угрозы ИГ для Северо-Кавказского региона Российской Федерации, изучается проблема экспорта экстремисткой идеологии в РФ, выделяется взаимосвязь между антитеррористической стратегией РФ на международной арене и внешнеполитическим курсом в целом. В заключении делается вывод о том, что, в силу невозможности взять этот механизм под контроль, главенствующим внешнеполитическим фактором, оказывающим влияние на антитеррористическую борьбу РФ, является идеологическое воздействие. В конце работы даются рекомендации касательно того, как нивелировать негативные последствия от существующего процесса.

The author of the Master's thesis on the topic " External political aspects of the fight of the Russian Federation with islamist extremism and international terrorism in the North Caucasus» is Anton Vladimirovich Brykalov, 2nd year student of the Master's program, "Theory of International Relations and Foreign Policy Analysis". The scientific adviser is the associate professor of the Department of Theory and History of International Relations, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Kirill Alexandrovich Likhachev. This paper examines the problem of Russia's anti-terrorist struggle in the international arena, in particular, what foreign policy factors influence the conduct of this struggle and how the fight against terrorism outside the country is projected to fight of the Russian Federation against terrorism in the North Caucasus. In the course of the work, a number of tasks are being carried out: the essence of the Islamist ideology; the evolution of international terrorism and Islamist extremism are analyzed; the main aspects of international cooperation in the fight against terrorism are highlighted; the internal preconditions for the evolution of terrorism in the Russian Federation are studied; analyze the degree of the IG threat for the North Caucasus region of the Russian Federation; studied the problem of the export of extremist ideology in the Russian Federation; highlighted the relationship between the anti-terrorism strategy of the Russian Federation on the international scene and foreign policy in general. It is concluded that the dominant external factor that influences the Russian anti-terrorist struggle is ideological influence. There are some recommendations which are given at the end of the work in order to show how to neutralize the negative effects of the current process.
