Robustness of Lyapunov condition for time-delay systems

Abstract

В работе рассматривается система дифференциальных уравнений с постоянными запаздываниями. Представлены необходимые и достаточные условия существования матрицы Ляпунова. Рассмотрено семейство возмущенных систем дифференциальных уравнений. Получены достаточные условия, при которых все системы семейства возмущенных систем удовлетворяет условию Ляпунова. Рассмотрены два пример, и для каждого из них найдены ограничения на допустимые возмущения.

In this paper a system of differential equations with linear time-delay is studied. Conditions that are necessary and sufficient for the existence of delay Lyapunov matrices are introduced. A family of perturbed systems of differential equations is considered. Sufficient conditions under which any system of the family satisfies the Lyapunov condition are presented. Two examples are considered, and for each of them corresponding bounds on the admissible perturbations are derived.
