Key aspects of current Russia–Germany scientific, educational and cultural cooperation: Challenges and prospects

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа представляет собой исследование, посвященное российско-германскому научно-образовательному и культурному сотрудничеству, выявление основных проблем и перспектив данной кооперации. В соответствии с поставленными задачами в ходе исследования была прослежена реализация на современном этапе договорной базы двусторонних научно-образовательных и культурных связей, определена роль общественных форумов, организаций и центров в процессе укрепления российско-германского научно-образовательного и культурного сотрудничества, а также был спрогнозирован возможный российско-германский двусторонний диалог в будущем. В результате проведенного исследования автором были сделаны следующие выводы: двусторонние культурные отношения России и Германии наглядно показывают позитивные результаты, достигнуть которые можно при помощи интересов гражданского общества, общественных и экономических кругов, а также правительственных структур. Российско-германские связи в сфере культуры в целом имеют положительную динамику. Оба государства связаны интегрирующийся экономической системой, однако имеющиеся достижения в культурной области развиты в большей степени. При таких обстоятельствах данное сотрудничество будет выступать отличным примером расширения культуры мира и стабильности, способная распространиться на весь Европейский континент. This graduate qualification work is a study dedicated to the reflection of scientific and cultural cooperation between Russia and Germany at the present stage. According to the objectives of the given research, it was traced the contractual basis of bilateral russian-german scientific, educational and cultural relations, the role of public forums, organizations and centers in the cooperation between Russia and German and possible Russian-German bilateral dialogue in the future. As a result of the conducted research, the author has drawn the following conclusions: Bilateral cultural relations between Russia and Germany visually show positive results, which can be achieved with the help of civil society, public and economic interests, as well as government structures. Russian-German ties in the cultural sphere as a whole have a positive dynamic. Both states are linked by an integrating economic system, but the achievements in the cultural field are more developed. Under such circumstances, this cooperation will serve as an excellent example of the expansion of a culture of peace and stability that can spread to the entire European continent.
