Cybersecurity law as a new priority in the national security of the Russian Federation

Abstract

В исследовании был рассмотрен феномен кибербезопасности, выступающий неотъемлемой частью не только национальной безопасности Российской Федерации, но и современного общества в целом. При этом особый акцент был сделан на изучении правового аспекта проблематики, значимость которого нельзя недооценивать. Помимо анализа существующей нормативно-правовой базы, окружающей феномен, было также уделено внимание современному состоянию и уровню информационной защищённости отечественной киберинфраструктуры. В завершающей части работы была сконструирована модель прогрессивного развития правового поля Российской Федерации, учитывающая влияние мировых тенденций, а также фиксирующая основные направления, по которым в стране будет вестись наиболее активная деятельность.

The study considers phenomenon of cybersecurity, which has become an essential part of the national security of Russian Federation, as well as the part of the whole modern society. At the same time, the main emphasis was placed on the research of the legal aspect of the problem, importance of which cannot be underestimated. In addition to the analysis of the law regulatory framework, surrounding phenomenon, attention was also paid to the current state and level of information security of the domestic cyberinfrastructure. In the final part of the work a model of progressive development of the law system in Russian Federation was constructed. The model takes into account the influence of global tendencies and also points out the main directions of primary actions in country.
