Government control of social and cultural integration of migrant workers in the Russian Federation

Abstract

Основной целью выпускной квалификационной работы являлась разработка рекомендаций для федерального и регионального уровней власти по совершенствованию государственного регулирования социальной и культурной адаптации и интеграции иностранных трудовых мигрантов. В первой главе данной работы исследовались особенности адаптации и интеграции трудовых мигрантов, особенности политики интеграции относительно данной категории мигрантов, были установлены критерии интеграции, изучен международный опыт. Во второй главе была дана оценка последним законодательным инициативам в области интеграции мигрантов в России, описаны результаты экспертных интервью и опроса трудовых мигрантов. На основе проведенного исследования был разработан ряд рекомендаций по совершенствованию государственного регулирования социальной и культурной адаптации и интеграции трудовых мигрантов.

The main goal of this Graduation paper is to created recommendations for the federal and regional levels to improve the government regulation of social and cultural adaptation and integration of labor migrants. The first chapter was devoted to the analysis the specific features of the adaptation and integration of labor migrants, the features of the integration policy regarding this category of migrants, the integration criteria, international experience. The second chapter includes review of the recent law initiatives in the frames of integration policy in Russia, description of the results of expert interviews and survey of labor migrants. The result of the research is recommendations for the federal and regional levels to improve the government regulation of social and cultural adaptation and integration of labor migrants.
