Abstract

АННОТАЦИЯ Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Гендерные аспекты политической карьеры в Скандинавских странах (на примере Швеции и Финляндии)». На данный момент, в период серьезной социальной трансформации можно наблюдать дискурсивную проблематизацию гендерных отношений, которая приводит к повышенному вниманию исследовательского и общественного интереса к этой теме. Серьезные социальные, экономические, культурные и политические изменения в обществе ведут за собой изменение статусных позиций разных социальных групп и слоев населения. Актуальность выпускной квалификационной работы обусловлена особенностями построения гендерной карьеры и сложностью сравнения стратегий достижения карьерного успеха среди женщин и мужчин, необходимостью более детального научного изучения гендерных аспектов политической карьеры. Цель исследования состоит в определении и обосновании гендерных особенностей политической карьеры на примере Скандинавских стран. Достижение поставленной цели предполагает решение задач: 1. Рассмотреть теоретические и методологические подходы к исследованию гендерных аспектов политической карьеры. 2. Выявить стратегии обеспечения равенства гендерных групп в политической карьере. 3. Анализ общего и особенного в процессе реализации карьерного потенциала женщин и мужчин; 4. Рассмотреть влияние гендерных стереотипов на карьерный рост женщин. 5. Провести сравнительный анализ государственных инструментов политики гендерного равенства в Скандинавских странах (на примере Швеции и Финляндии)

ABSTRACT Theme of qualifying work: "Gender aspects of political career in the Nordic countries (for example Sweden and Finland)". At the moment, in a period of dramatic social transformation can be observed discursive problematization of gender relations, which leads to increased research attention and public interest in the subject. Serious social, economic, cultural and political changes in society lead to a change in status positions of different social groups and strata of the population. The relevance of the final qualification work is determined by the characteristics of the construction of gender career complexity comparison of strategies for achieving career success among women and men requires a more detailed scientific study of the gender aspects of political career. The purpose of the study is to determine and substantiate the gender peculiarities of his political career by the example of the Scandinavian countries. Achieving this goal involves the solution of tasks: 1. To consider the theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of gender aspects of political career. 2. To identify strategies for ensuring equality of gender groups in the political career. 3. Analysis of the General and particular in the process of implementing the career potential of women and men; 4. To examine the effects of gender stereotypes on career advancement of women. 5. To conduct a comparative analysis of public policy instruments for gender equality in the Nordic countries (for example Sweden and Finland.
