Modelling and testing electronic devices

Abstract

Сейчас сложно представить наше существование без технических устройств, которые окружают нас в повседневной жизни. Все это невозможно без развития схемотехники. Со стремительным развитием сложных цифровых устройств возникает необходимость в создании систем автоматизированного проектирования тестов. В данной работе рассмотрены основные принципы разработки программных моделей в «Quartus II», а также создание тестов для отдельных микросхем и сложного цифрового радиоэлектронного устройства, с использованием системы «SimTest».

Now it is difficult to imagine our existence without the technical devices that surround us in everyday life. All this is impossible without the development of circuitry. With the rapid development of complex digital devices, there is a need to create automated test design systems. In this paper, the main principles for the development of software models in Quartus II are considered, as well as the creation of tests for individual microcircuits and a complex digital radioelectronic device using the SimTest system.
