The influence of the migration factor on transformation of the political culture of the Kingdom of Norway in the late 20th – early 21st century

Abstract

В настоящей выпускной квалификационной работе рассматривается влияние, оказываемое миграционным фактором на политическую культуру Королевства Норвегии. Дается характеристика миграционной и интеграционной политики Норвегии, исследуется нормативно-правовая база регулирования миграционных потоков. Особое внимание уделяется изучению их влияния на эволюцию политической культуры Норвегии, а также анализу внешних и внутренних факторов изменения культуры Норвегии. Одна из самых актуальных проблем современности – это проблема миграции. Политика Норвегии в отношении мигрантов представляет собой ту модель, когда с одной стороны, гомогенное общество не желает принимать новые потоки беженцев, а с другой стороны, правительство гарантируются равные права как для мигрантов, так и для граждан Норвегии, мигранты имеют возможность получать социальные пособия, а правительство делает все для их интеграции в общество.

The thesis deals with the problem of the influence of the factor of migration on the political culture of the Kingdom of Norway. The author draws on the characteristics of the migration and integration policies of Norway, and its impact on the political culture. Particular attention is paid to the study of their influence on the development of the political culture of Norway, as well as to the analysis of external and internal factors of the development of the culture of Norway. The migration problem is one of the most urgent issues. On the one hand, the society of Norway doesn’t want to accept new flows of refugees, on the other hand, the government guarantees equal rights for both migrants and citizens of Norway, migrants have the opportunity to receive social benefits, if they are able to integrate into the society.
